How do I receive the items I purchased. Once you have checked out with a successful payment, you can find your files to download under your "my account" link.
What type of program do I need to open the files? You will need a program capable of open a zip file such as winzip. You can find a program free at http://www.7-zip.org/ that does the same thing (please note I am not affiliated with 7-zip and only post this information for your information)
Where can I find your banners or logos so I can give you credit on my site? You can find my premade banners here.
How long are my downloads active for? All downloads are active for one year and expire once that year is up.
My computer crashed and I lost all my files, can I download them again? Downloads are good for one year and each customer is given 5 opportunities to download the sets they have purchased. Anyone requesting new downloads after these expire must submit a request for renewal by using the Contact Us form using the email listed on their account only.

Do you do custom work? I occasionlly do custom work when time permits, please be advised that it may take an extended of period time to do custom work,especially for orders that may be very detailed, need custom templates or special modifications.
Do I have to pay a sales taxes? Orders within the state of Tennessee are required to have an 9.75 % sales tax charge applied to the total cost. All orders outside of the state of Tennessee will not include this charge.
I am having trouble logging and creating an account with an aol browser, what should I do? If you have having difficulty logging while using an aol browser, please try logging in or creating an account using internet explorer or firefox and it should work well for you.
